We love this place, fantastic pizza. However this experience just sucked. We came in from out of town, placed an order and had to wait an hour. We go to pick it up after killing an hour which is fine and expected, we pay for it.. and then are told the order never made it to the kitchen and they just didn't make the pizza. Then said it would be at least another 30 minutes. We decided to just cancel the order. They replied, "You want to cancel? But have you ever had our pizza?!" What a slap in the face. Anyways, how this happens idk.. but very disappointing to go thru this with a family of 5 all hangry.

This place used to be my favorite. We paid 32.98 for a pickup order of a medium half pepperoni pizza and half order of garlic knots. The pizza was just okay but the knots were raw and a single bite made us sick. The experience in restaurant is much better. I ordered through Slice who apparently wasn’t able to reach the restaurant to remediate the raw garlic knot issue and said they would get back to me the next day. Really disappointed ACME :/

We had a nice casual dinner on Sunday night. The food is good and it’s very family friendly. The service was very good. The portions were generous.

I drove from Fayetteville to pick up a deep dish pizza. My uncle is visiting from San Diego, but is a Chicago native. He asked if there was anywhere to get a deep dish pizza. He hadn't had one in years. I had heard from the "Facebook Foodies" group that this was the best place around for a deep dish. We gave it a try, and were not disappointed! We also ordered online 3 hours ahead and the pizza was ready when we got there for expected pick-up at 3 p.m. We received 3 complimentary drinks to go for the ride back to Fayetteville. We also ordered garlic knots that were delicious! While they were not traditional garlic knots, they were still quite tasty. They were more of fried dough with very little garlic flavor. They were still good though, but I was expecting something different compared to other garlic knots. No negative words for this establishment.
